Inclusive Ways Solutions

Our Programs

Seven specialized programs designed for the people and organizations that make inclusion possible.

Individuals & Families

Families First

Families First is IWS's foundational program for individuals with intellectual, developmental, or neurodivergent profiles and the families who support them. It provides strengths-based, practical education across five core areas of everyday life.

Educators & School Teams

Inclusive Schools

Inclusive Schools helps educators, specialists, and school teams build more accessible, welcoming learning environments where every student can participate, communicate, and belong.

Healthcare Teams

Inclusion Education for Healthcare Teams

Inclusion Education for Healthcare Teams is an educational program that helps healthcare professionals explore accessible communication, sensory awareness, and respectful inclusion of individuals with disabilities and their families. Through learning activities and practical examples, participants consider ways to make information easier to understand, welcome questions, and respect each person's preferences. IWS provides education and coaching only; this program does not provide clinical training, medical advice, patient care, or care coordination.

Employers & Businesses

Inclusive Workplace

Inclusive Workplace helps employers and business teams build accessible, welcoming workplaces where employees with disabilities can contribute, communicate, and thrive.

Recreation & Community Organizations

Community Inclusion

Community Inclusion helps sports leagues, clubs, faith communities, and recreation programs create welcoming spaces where individuals with disabilities can participate, connect, and belong.

Service Systems

Regional Center & Professional Partners

This program supports Regional Center staff, service coordinators, and community professionals in building more person-centered, collaborative, and effective partnerships with the individuals and families they serve.

Self-Advocates

Individual Empowerment

Individual Empowerment is designed for and with self-advocates — people with intellectual, developmental, or neurodivergent profiles who want to understand their own strengths, express their preferences, and take meaningful next steps.
